About Amber

I am a native New Mexican. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I enjoy working to help my patients understand their needs and understand their mental health. I wanted to become a therapist to help others make sense of the inner confusion that we all experience from time to time, and teach the tools to manage through those times. When I am not working, I enjoy spending times outdoors or by water and with my two young children. I also enjoy humor and sarcasm both in personal and professional life. How do you eat an elephant?
