About Cindy Diane
Prior to Presbyterian Medical Services, Ms. Jones served as an FNP with urgent care and health clinics in Mississippi. Prior to receiving her Master’s, she managed and trained nursing staff in long-term and critical care facilities.
Asked why she became a family nurse practitioner, Ms. Jones replied, “I wanted to develop and direct the care of patients by looking at the ‘whole’ person. Joining Presbyterian Medical Services has given me a great opportunity to align my personal values with the Presbyterian Medical Services mission to serve the underserved. I’m especially interested in building a strong bond with women in the community to promote women’s health.”
On the personal side, Ms. Jones is married with two sons. One of her sons has relocated along with her and her husband from Gulfport, Mississippi, to Artesia. “In addition to working in primary healthcare, I love to read, go shopping, watch movies and learn about western folklore. My family and I are really looking forward to exploring Artesia and getting to know the local community.”
