After many years of working as a Registered Nurse in different work settings, I found that I am passionate about psychiatry. Mental health is so important to me that I finally decided to transition from Registered Nurse to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). A career in psychiatry as a PMHNP allows me to provide quality mental health care services to those populations most in need.
