Community Compass

The Community Compass is a one-stop hub designed to increase access to ten vital services that can be obtained in-person or via the web, and supported by a navigator. Our goal is to remove the barriers preventing families, students, and children from receiving services necessary to survive and thrive. Our peer mentors understand how to navigate the systems and are knowledgeable in local resources.

What can the Community Compass help with?

  • Obtaining vital documentation, such as birth certificate, ID/Driver's License, Social Security card
  • Transportation services, including obtaining bus passes
  • Housing assistance
  • Employment assistance
  • Family services, such as identifying childcare options
  • Utility assistance
  • Medical-Provider connections
  • Establishing mental health and/or substance abuse services
  • Early Intervention/Childhood Education
